We worked with Tammy to buy our first home in Marin in the midst of an extremely challenging market. Our search spanned almost a year and Tammy was incredibly patient, providing guidance and advice when we needed it while giving us plenty of space and time to figure out what we really wanted. She was straightforward, responsive, and transparent throughout the process. When it came time to make an offer, Tammy coordinated with us, our lender, and the seller to develop a holistic package that ultimately won out in a competitive situation (7+ other offers). We're fairly certain that we wouldn't have landed our house at the price we paid without having Tammy at the helm!
We had a great experience with Tammy - I would recommend her without reservation (and I have). Our experience was enjoyable, surprising and effective. We saw over 40 houses - mostly because we weren't sure what or where we wanted to buy - Tammy focused us and as a result we found a great house. Tammy never tired of "seeing one more house" - her single criterion was our happiness. The surprising part was that we got access to every house we were interested in before the open house. We had the first shot at every place, and in the end it payed off for us. Not sure how Tammy does that. Her tenacity and focus found our house, and her personality made the somewhat difficult process pleasant. I have and will continue to recommend Tammy - without her I know I would not be in the beautiful house I'm writing this review from.
Tammy was positive, well prepared, always able to foresee and get in front of any issue that could pop up - very professional in every sense. She listened to our needs and took the necessary action to meet them. She is a good and kind person and it is evident that she is more concerned about seeing her clients happy as opposed to just getting a job done. Tammy works very hard to make that happen - she did that for us and we are still happy.
Tammy made smart decisions, always looked out for our needs, kept a calm demeanor; but more importantly, listened to how we wanted to proceed and made adjustments in wise ways in order to insure the transaction would get done properly. She was awesome!
